Wise Property Services delivers the highest  quality work, Sam saved me during several emergencies! His crew was there and again, on time, no shortcuts, great work, which is rare nowadays. For example, I needed to seal few small cracks on the balcony. Sam did full inspection and sealed areas where water was coming through I didn’t know I had. We worked with Wise Property Services on several jobs, from small like sealing windows from outside, balcony, A/C work, to big - remove old structure and remodel balcony on 15th floor.  Superb quality!
