About Sam: The Owner
Samuel Wise is a Licensed General Contractor with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. He is a dynamic, accomplished contractor highly regarded for his ability to manage properties, construction sites, and logistics to exceed all company and client goals. With exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively understanding individual needs and delivering outstanding projects on time. Sought for his ability to perform in fast-paced environments while under heavy workloads, proven expertise in business development, relationship building, safety management, and much more. In addition to his success as a general contractor in South Florida, he also holds his licenses as Mold Assessor (#MRSA3572), as Mold Remediator (#MRSR3734) and as a Real Estate Broker (#BK3333592).
